About reservation
- Can I make a reservation by phone?

- When will the cancellation fee be charged?
There will be a cancellation fee from 3 days in advance.

■Rooms: Yukata free size, towel, bath towel, hair dryer, shampoo, rinse, body soap, cup, electric kettle
■1F front desk: Toothbrush, comb, razor, cotton swab & cotton set, yukata SS size, yukata LL size, work clothes for children S size (about 100 cm), M size (about 120 cm)
※The number of amenities in front of the front desk on the 1st floor is limited.- What kind of equipment do you have?
■Rooms: Bed guard (for children aged 1 and a half to 5 years old), diaper bucket, bicycle stand, shoe dryer, humidifier, foot bath, trouser press, ironing board, electric mini heater

About the public bath

Please bring a face towel, bath towel, and card key in the guest room when using.- Is the public bath a hot spring?
The open-air bath is a hot spring, and the inner bath is a boiling water.
- Can I use a day-trip hot spring?
Available from 15:00 to 19:00 (last reception 18:30).

Mixed bathing accompanied by a guardian is up to 7 years old. (Not over 8 years old)
*According to the Tottori Prefecture Public Bath Law Enforcement Ordinance.- If I have a tattoo, can I put it in a public bath?
In principle, bathing in the public bath of those with tattoos and tattoos is not allowed.
However, you can take a bath only if you can hide it by sticking two 8 cm x 10 cm cover stickers. (Cover seals are sold at the front desk)
About pick-up
- Do you have a pick-up?
1.We operate a free regular shuttle bus every day at JR Yonago Station ⇔ Hotel ⇔ Oyama Hiroro Zama.
