A new menu that makes use of "Nichinan Tomato", which is in season in the summer season, and local summer vegetables, will be offered at the buffet restaurant for dinner. "Nichinan Tomato" is characterized by its strong sweetness, acidity and aroma of tomatoes through cultivation that takes advantage of the temperature difference between morning and evening in the rich nature of the semi-highly cold region at an altitude of 400 to 600 meters.
Use Nichinan tomatoes and vegetables for spicy pork spare ribs, beef burgers, red eyes, etc., and enjoy the ingredients unique to this area from children to adults.

Spicy pork spare rib
Semi-dry of Nichinan tomato and marinated eggplant from the prefecture

Softly stewed spare ribs are soaked overnight in a sauce combining Nichinan tomato puree and spices powder, sprinkled with coarse ground black pepper and baked in an oven. As a supplement, semi-dry tomatoes condensed the umami of Nichinan tomatoes and eggplant marinades that can feel the flavor of Shiso are added. It is a dish that enhances the rich flavor of boned meat with the refreshing acidity and sweetness of Nichinan tomatoes.

Nichinan Tomato Beef Burger

A hamburger that combines pickles and fruity Nichinan tomatoes from the prefecture in the summer season with beef patties. As a topping, we also offer mayonnaise sauce using "Dune Rakyo", which is known as a specialty of Tottori. Nichinan tomatoes serve as an accent, and the more you chew it with a juicy patty, the more your taste spreads.

You can enjoy red eye, which is divided by tomato juice, with tomato juice from Nichinan-cho. By dividing it with tomato juice from Nichinan-cho, which has sweetness and depth, the bitterness of beer is eased, and the taste is more fruity.
