[August 2025] Dinner buffet, non-standard watermelon from Daisen-cho & ice shaved ice from natural water of Okudaisen
Speaking of summer, watermelon and shaved ice! Popular collaboration products with local farms will also appear this summer!
In collaboration with Mercure Tottori Daisen Resort & Spa and the local farm mountain station Noboru Oyama, we will provide shaved ice syrup for a limited time to deliver delicious watermelons that can no longer be shipped due to slight scratches and shapes. In addition to watermelon, syrup using blueberries from Tottori Prefecture is also available.

Plan details
Non-standard watermelon
Watermelon that can no longer be shipped properly due to a slight scratch on the outer skin or poor growth. However, since the taste is still sweet and delicious, we started offering it with the desire to deliver it somehow.
Watermelon shaved ice from Daisen-cho
In order to taste the watermelon from Daisen-cho, which has a high sugar content, we added fresh juice that has not been burned to the concentrated syrup by boiling down the watermelon juice. It is finished in a refreshing syrup that is perfect for summer, where you can enjoy the original sweetness and aroma of watermelon.
Uses 100% natural water from Okudaisen for ice.
