Speaking of summer, watermelon and shaved ice! Popular collaboration products with local farms will also appear this summer!
In collaboration with Mercure Tottori Daisen Resort & Spa and Gotochi Farm Yamanoeki Daisen-bou, we offer shaved ice syrup for a limited time to deliver delicious watermelons that can no longer be shipped due to slight scratches or shapes. Not only watermelon, but also syrup using blueberries from Tottori Prefecture are available.

Non-standard watermelon
Watermelon that can no longer be shipped properly with just a little scratches on the outer skin or poor growth. However, the taste is still sweet and delicious, so we started offering it with the desire to deliver it somehow.
Daisen-cho watermelon shaved ice
In order to taste watermelon from Daisen-cho, which has a high sugar content, fresh juice that has not been burned is added to the concentrated syrup by boiling down watermelon juice. It is finished in a refreshing syrup that is perfect for summer, where you can enjoy the original sweetness and aroma of watermelon.
Ice also uses 100% natural water from Oku-Oyama
